Assistance with ambulation to help clients maintain mobility and independence safely.
Assistance with bathing including tub, shower, and bed baths. Our workers are trained in the particular methods required for safe bed baths.
Assistance with dressing including ordinary clothing and application of support stockings that can be purchased without a physician's prescription.
Passive assistance with exercise, encouraging normal bodily movement as tolerated, and encouragement with prescribed exercise programs.
Assistance with feeding when the client can independently swallow and be positioned upright.
Assistance with hair maintenance including shampooing with non-medicated shampoo, drying, combing and styling.
Assistance with mouth care including denture care and basic oral hygiene, including oral suctioning for mouth care.
Assistance with nail care including soaking of nails, pushing back cuticles without utensils, and filing nails.
Assistance with positioning including simple alignment in bed, wheelchair, or other furniture when the client can indicate when changes are needed.
Assistance with shaving using electric or safety razors only.
Assistance to/from the bathroom, bed pans, urinals, commodes, pericare, and changing clothing and pads for incontinence care.
Assistance with transfers when the client has sufficient balance and strength. Adaptive and safety equipment may be used with proper training.
Assistance with medication reminding when medications have been pre-selected and stored in clearly marked medication minder containers.
Professional clinical services provided by licensed practitioners.
Professional nursing services provided in accordance with the plan of care and case managed by licensed Registered Nurses. LPNs assist under RN supervision.
Services by qualified licensed social workers who manage psychosocial needs, financial planning, community resources, and counseling.
Services by qualified, licensed physical therapists who develop rehabilitative plans of care and may act as primary case managers.
Services by qualified licensed Occupational Therapists who develop rehabilitative plans of care and set achievable goals to discharge.
Services by qualified licensed speech therapists who develop rehabilitative plans of care and provide education to patients and families.
CNAs provide varying levels of care and support to individuals who are unable to care for themselves, in hospitals, mental health facilities, and clinics.
Home Health Aide services assist with personal care, hygiene, ambulation, transfers, exercise programs, nutritional support, and light housekeeping.

When services include use of the client's personal funds, the Agency will obtain authorization from the client/responsible party for access to personal funds for shopping, bill paying, or any activities involving client funds.
